Our goal
We aim to understand how chromatin architecture protects the stability of the genome and epigenome and seek to exploit this knowledge to improve cancer therapy
Our tools
We combine genomics, CRISPR, optogenetics, molecular modeling, fluorescence microscopy, machine learning,...Â
and actively develop new tools in these areas
